The Financial Health Check-Up is primarily designed for ministers who are still active in ministry and receiving a salary from that service. However, this check-up can be used by anyone. The purpose of this form is to help the participant to have a better idea of where they are at in their financial health so as to have a better idea of what next steps to take in continually improving their financial health. These questions were designed by HeartWay: Pastor and Missionary Caregivers using other resources for research in determining what aspects of personal finances are important in determining financial health. HeartWay is not a financial agency but a ministry of Horizon Baptist Church in Missouri City, TX to help ministers and their families in various areas of care.
